PushnDraw®

Assistive Writing
& Drawing Device

How it Works

When downward pressure is applied to the top platform, the writing instrument (i.e. dry erase marker) that is secured by the Thumbscrew in the Marker Holder is pushed through the bottom platform to contact the writing surface. Springs located between the two platforms lift the top platform (and the writing instrument) off the paper when pressure is released.

The amount of pressure needed to use the device is adjustable from 0 to 2 ft. lbs. via the Spring Adjuster Thumbnuts. These thumbnuts allow a parent or caregiver to customize the amount of pressure based on the user’s ability to apply downward force to the top platform. The goal is to make it as effortless as possible to push and draw!
